Pieces may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging. Contact the Atelier to start your return, and we'll guide you through the process quickly and hassle-free.
Shipping:
We ship worldwide with DHL Express. Shipping is complimentary on all bags, with tracking provided so you can follow your piece to your door. Delivery times vary by destination.
International orders:
All duties and import taxes are calculated and prepaid at checkout, and your piece ships Delivered Duty Paid via DHL Express. Nothing further to pay on delivery.
