All orders are carefully prepared in our atelier.

• In-stock pieces: Please allow 2–5 business days for order preparation.
• Hand-finished or made-to-order pieces: Preparation times may vary depending on the complexity of the work. Our team will communicate precise timelines when applicable, but with an average lead time of 2 weeks.

This preparation phase is essential to ensure that each piece meets our standards before leaving the atelier.

Shipping Methods

We partner exclusively with premium carriers to guarantee fast, reliable, and secure delivery:

• United States: FedEx Express (1–2 business days)
• International: DHL Express (2–5 business days)

All shipments are fully trackable and handled with priority service.
