Each piece is made to order. Standard delivery takes 5–12 business days from the date of shipment. A tracking number is sent by email once the piece leaves the atelier.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Unused pieces in original packaging may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Proof of purchase is required. Return shipping is the responsibility of the client.

Every piece begins as an authenticated vintage Louis Vuitton or Hermès bag, sourced through trusted secondary markets and verified before any intervention begins.
The warranty covers defects in the atelier’s artistic intervention and reconstruction. If your piece shows an issue related to the atelier’s work, contact us with photographs and we will resolve it directly.
Each creation is a hand-executed artwork on vintage leather. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, moisture, and heat. Store in the dust bag provided. For specific care questions, contact the atelier.
