5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

• Orders may be shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), meaning duties and taxes are

• Duties and import taxes remain the responsibility of the customer (This must match your actual operational model — ensure consistency with your shipping policy.)

5.3 Risk of Loss
Risk transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery to the shipping address provided. We are not responsible for:

• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

6. RETURNS & FINAL SALE
Due to the nature of our products:

• Custom, made-to-order, or altered items are final sale
• Certain limited or one-of-one pieces may also be non-returnable
