The surface gains weight. Python leather is cut and applied by hand onto the Louis Vuitton monogram canvas, raising the design into grain, density, and relief. Two materials that were never meant to meet are held in a single piece. This is the most material tier in the line, the apex of the Atelier in labor and scarcity, an exotic object built on an icon and made to be kept.
